Pharaohs and their awsome viziers jobs.

Some of the pharaohs visors jobs are collect taxes from the people. Maintain public records, mobilize troops if needed. Appoint the lower government officials, review laws and legal claims and serve as mayor of the city sometimes. I would hate to have to do these jobs every day my head would blow up if I did. If I was the visor I would make some other guy do it for me so I wouldn't have to do it. But the viziers always did what the pharaoh told them to do though. This picture to the left is Amenhotep.

Pharaohs and their pyramids. Pharaohs made people build pyramids for their tomb when they die. It took about 20 years to make one. Pharaohs didn't make slaves build them they used farmers during the flood season to make them. Pharaohs used the pyramid when they died to help them join the gods in the after life. The pyramids are in Giza in Egypt they are the only last standing great wonders of the world. One of the tallest structures in the world.

Pharaohs jobs in a day.

Some of the pharaohs jobs are make sure that Egypt was in balanced and successful, prosperous. And he was in charge of all the activities. Sounds like a lot but it really wasn't probably because pharaohs had viziers to help them out with it. Plus Egypt was already successful and in balanced with the people of Egypt doing their jobs that they do best. And another job was to worship the gods during the day and at night by having offerings to them some times. This picture to the left is an ankh used to worship.

Double crown who cares.

The double crown of Egypt. It is two different crowns one from lower Egypt and upper. You put them together to make it which makes you thank if it was hard to do. You would have to rule upper and lower Egypt to get it. Sounds like a lot of trouble just to get a double crown. But you get more respect if you have it. I wouldn't care if I had it or not because your still pharaoh of upper or lower Egypt. Not that many pharaohs had it though, because it was hard to get it. I don't thank it looks good for a crown at all.

I want to be pharaoh help me!!!

I want to be pharaoh so I went and ask them how to become one. It turns out your dad picks who the pharaoh is when he dies he picks one of his sons. Then which ever one he picked becomes pharaoh of Egypt when he dies. The son performs a ceremony in front of the people to be the pharaoh. And the son leads the ceremony for his dads burial once he dies. So I cant be pharaoh of Egypt since my dad isn't the pharaoh, so I will just have to dream about it.
